Don’t Let Your Ad Share Funds Go to Waste
Summer is here, and the deadline to use your FY’25 Ad Share funds will be here before you know it. Visit the Product Ad Share page on Cenex Hub to check if you have funds remaining and submit claims. All Ad Share claims must be submitted by September 30, 2025, and dated on or before August 31, 2025, to qualify for FY’25 reimbursement.
How Our Ad Share Programs Work
Premium Diesel Guidelines:
Certified Cenex premium diesel distributors will receive 75% Ad Share reimbursement on approved Ad Share items placed on or before August 31, 2025.
Eligible Items for Premium Diesel Ad Share:1
- Billboard production and lease fees
- Print advertising
- Radio advertising
- Point-of-sale materials and signage
- Apparel and merchandise2
- Bulk tanks and rolling stock imaging
- Premium product seminar materials
Lubricants Guidelines:
Cenex Lubricants dealers will receive 75% Ad Share reimbursement on approved Ad Share items placed on or before August 31, 2025. At minimum, dealers will be provided $1,000 of Ad Share credit annually for marketing materials or $.04/gallon based on the previous fiscal year’s Cenex-branded lubricant purchases, whichever is greater.

- Cenex Lubricants branded signage
- Apparel and merchandise2
- Rolling stock imaging
- Social media marketing
