Cenex Total Protection Plan® Checks: COVID-19 Update

Due to COVID-19 work restrictions, CHS Lubricants has placed a temporary hold on processing any new Cenex Total Protection Plan® application payments. Therefore, end user producers who have recently applied and paid for the Cenex Total Protection Plan warranty, or plan to apply during the next few weeks, will experience a delay in seeing their payment check of $799 clear our systems. While application payments are on hold, applications are still being accepted and the normal submission process should be followed. Sales incentives for Cenex Total Protection Plan warranty sign-ups will not be affected by this temporary payment hold.

Furthermore, any Cenex Total Protection Plan claim checks will be mailed directly to the applicable end user producer instead of being sent to the cooperative contact or District Manager to deliver. CHS Technical Services will contact the end user to explain payment coverage, and CHS Lubricants Marketing will follow up with an email to the end user, copying the cooperative contact and District Manager, with the key communication attachments.
