Reminder on Gift Card Activation Process for Cenex® Lubricants End-User Loyalty Programs
With the Gift Cards for Gallons promotion wrapping up, end-user customers are busy activating the VISA® gift cards they earned. Although the card activation process has not changed, CHS Lubricants recommends following the two options below to make it easier for your customers to activate their cards.
Option 1 (Recommended) – Activate using Automated Phone System
Call 1-866-300-8288. Phone number is also on the back of the card
Enter 16-digit card number on the front of the card
Enter Expiration Month/Year on the front of the card
Enter 3-digit Security Code on the back of the card
Select a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)
Option 2 – Activate Online
Visit baml.com/rewardcard
Click Activate and manage your reward card
Select Activate My Card at the top of the page
Enter 16-digit Card Number located on the front of the card
Enter Expiration Month/Year on the front of the card
Enter 3-digit Security Code on the back of the card
Select a 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number)
If your customer has any issues activating their gift card, please have them call the Bank of America Support Line at 1-866-709-8014.
Please note, VISA gift cards expire within 10 months of issue date as detailed on gift card. Expired gift cards will not be replaced.
