A Cenex Premium Product seminar — or customer/prospect meeting — is an ideal way to reach current and prospective customers with important information on diesel engine technology, lubricants, premium diesel fuel benefits and more.
CHS offers support and expertise to help you conduct meetings and close the sale. Your Cenex Representatives will help host your event and will cover agenda topics including:
- Cenex® Premium Diesel fuels and Lubricants
- Cenex Total Protection Plan® warranty
- Diesel engine technology
- Tips to reduce/prevent maintenance costs and downtime
- Tips to improve fuel efficiency and optimize performance
- Winter fuels (if applicable)
- Proper tank maintenance
- Question and answer session
Remember: CHS also provides financial assistance for your meeting under the Cenex Premium Diesel Ad Share program when the following criteria are met:
Lubricants and Premium Diesel Seminar:
- Meeting must include a 90-minute presentation on Cenex-branded Lubricants and Premium Diesel products
- Minimum of 10 prospects and/or customers must be in attendance
- $30 reimbursement per attendees, $15 from Refined Fuels and $15 from Lubricants
- Screen shot of full participant list (if virtual) or picture of attendees (if in person)
- Paid receipts for every meeting expense
Premium Diesel Only Seminar:
- Meeting must include 60-minute presentation on Cenex Premium Diesel products
- $15 reimbursement per attendee
- Minimum of 15 prospects and/or customers must be in attendance
- Screen shot of full participant list (if virtual) or picture of attendees (if in person)
Additional financial assistance includes:
- Reimbursement up to 75%* of invitations, thank you postcards, print advertising, signage and brochures when approved materials from Cenex Shop are used.
