Complete the online TPP warranty course to start earning sales incentives

To qualify for FY26 Sales Incentives tied to the Cenex Total Protection Plan^® (TPP) warranty, complete the Cenex TPP warranty course by August 31, 2026. This interactive course covers the key benefits and coverage details to help you confidently promote the warranty to your agriculture customers.

Completing this course ensures you’re fully equipped to communicate its value to customers. Take the course at your own pace and get certified to unlock incentives and strengthen your sales approach.

Eligibility requirements:

• Every new customer warranty sold and activated will be eligible for an incentive.
• 12 existing customer warranty sales are required to begin earning incentives. Once 12 warranties have been activated, the representative will receive the cumulative incentive amount for those sales.
• Must complete the Cenex Total Protection Plan training course between September 1, 2025 – August 31, 2026, to be eligible for payouts in FY26.

How to access training:

You must log in or register for training. Individuals with an email address ending in “@chsinc.com” have been pre-enrolled in the platform and can begin accessing training immediately. The platform can be accessed in two different ways:

1. Cenex Hub
   • Click Training > Product Training
   • You can also navigate directly to the Product Training Page
   • Click Returning User Login or Register Now.
   • If you select Register Now, please allow up to 10 business days after submitting the form to receive your login and password.
2. CHS Source
   • Click Apps > Employee Education

Once you have navigated to the platform, follow these steps to access training:

• Click Automated Login to utilize Single Sign On
• Click Course Catalog > Energy > Lubricants
