How to order lubricants and fuel tank ID labels

Are you looking to order lubricants or fuels tank ID labels? You can find the request forms on Cenex Hub under Products > Rolling Stock & Bulk Storage Graphics.

There are two separate order forms depending on the type of labels you need:

There are three easy steps:

  1. Complete the appropriate request form on Cenex Hub.
  2. Submit the completed form to the Energy image & implementation team at cenex.projects@chsinc.com.
  3. Get reimbursement through the RISE program if you have eligible funds available.

Available tank ID label dimensions:

Label Type Dimensions
Refined fuels 9" × 2"
Lubricants – small 3" × 4.625"
Lubricants – large 8.25" × 7.44"
