As you know, CHS Refined Fuels currently provides Cenex Premium Diesel Ad Share funding, up to a $15 reimbursement per attendee, to help with costs of qualified Cenex Premium Diesel Fuel Seminars.
Recently, we have received an uptick of requests to expand this program to include internal trainings. As a result of these requests, and our recognition of the importance of premium product training at all levels, we are excited to announce that, effective immediately, the Cenex Premium Diesel Seminar program will be expanded to include internal trainings. For now, this program has only been expanded underneath the Premium Diesel program, but as we look towards FY’25, we will have more details regarding the Lubricants program as well.
The requirements for these trainings will remain the same as current program requirements. As a reminder, to qualify for reimbursement, meetings must include:
- A Refined Fuels Representative in attendance
- Minimum of 10 people in attendance
- Utilization of the Cenex pre-approved training PowerPoint
- Any presentation materials outside of the preapproved Cenex Premium Diesel PowerPoint deck, must be approved by a CHS District Manager prior to the training.
When submitting claims, the following documentation will still be required:
- A signed Attendee List
- Photo of the attendees at the seminar
