Price Adjustment on Cenex® CLT Delivered Bulk Oil Effective November 16

CHS Lubricants remains committed to supporting the viability of our distribution partners to meet your business needs and serve your valuable customers. Due to the continued escalation of freight transportation and operational overhead costs across our CLT locations, CHS has elected to increase Cenex lubricant pricing on BULK products delivered by a CLT on or after Monday, November 16, 2020.

For this adjustment, CLT-delivered bulk gallons of Superlube TMS® and Qwiklift® HTB® will increase by $.25 per gallon.  All other CLT-delivered bulk product gallons will increase by $.50 per gallon.  Bulk product ordered directly from the plant, all package product and all grease will not be impacted by this change.

As this adjustment is grounded in supporting our distribution network and isolated to only CLT-delivered bulk product, no Price Increase Relief Credit (PIRC) allocations will be issued for this change.

In addition to the adjustment on CLT-delivered bulk lubricants, changes have been made to three select 2021 Marketing Programs: the 2021 Heavy Duty Expansion, 2021 Incentivized Heavy Duty Expansion and 2021 Government Credit Programs. Beginning with bulk retail sales dated on or after November 16, 2020, and made to end-users under these programs, dealers must only provide a minimum retail discount of $.25 per gallon below the “From Plant” price on Bulk Cenex Lubricants.

Electronic versions of updated marketing program forms are available for download via My.CHS.com by following Energy > Lubricants.
