Ad Share Funds Reminder
We have officially entered the last quarter of the CHS fiscal year which means the deadline to use FY’24 Ad Share funds is approaching quickly. All Ad Share claims must be submitted by September 30, 2024, and dated prior to August 31, 2024, in order to qualify for FY’24 reimbursement. Don’t let your funds go to waste!
How Our Ad Share Programs Work
Premium Diesel Guidelines:
Certified Cenex premium diesel distributors will receive 75% Ad Share reimbursement on approved Ad Share items placed on or before August 31, 2024.
Eligible Items for Premium Diesel Ad Share:
- POS materials and signage
- Radio and print advertising from Cenex Shop
- Premium diesel seminar materials
- Direct mail
- Outdoor billboards
- Qualifying image enhancements
- Cenex pump toppers and hose talkers
- Indoor/outdoor banners
- Apparel and promotional items are covered at 75% coverage on total claims not to exceed $1,000 per CHS fiscal year
Lubricants Guidelines:
Cenex Lubricants dealers will receive 75% Ad Share reimbursement on approved Ad Share items placed on or before August 31, 2024. At the minimum, dealers will be provided $1,000 of Ad Share credit annually for marketing materials or $.04/gallon based on the previous fiscal year’s Cenex branded lubricant purchases (whichever is greater).
Eligible Items for Lubricants Ad Share:
- Dealer customized advertising materials (sales flyers, direct mail, web banners, etc)
- Print advertising (pre-approved newspaper, newsletters, etc)
- Radio advertising
- Cenex shop point-of-sale materials
- Cenex lubricants branded signage (excludes monument signs, poles or railing signs or other large commercial retail signage)
- Apparel and promotional items are covered at 75% coverage on total claims not to exceed $1,000 per CHS fiscal year

Important Note:
Beginning in Fiscal Year ’25, all Ad Share claims must be submitted via Cenex Hub. Claims submitted via email or mail will no longer be accepted. If you do not have a Cenex Hub account, please visit www.cenexhub.com and click “Register for an account”.
