New Cenex® Lubricants Marketing Program Digital Credit Submission Process

CHS Lubricants Marketing is excited to announce a new online marketing program credit submission process for our Cenex® branded dealers. The online process reduces time and improves accuracy when submitting program credit claims.

Effective January 16, 2023, program claims can be made through the new digital process found on the Cenex Hub. PDF and emailed forms will be accepted until February 28, 2023. Credit submissions made on or after March 1, 2023 will be denied and not be processed until submitted through the Cenex Hub.

How does the new online process work?

  1. Log into the Cenex Hub at cenexhub.com using your email and password. Access to the Cenex Hub is required. If you have not yet registered, complete the registration process and allow 1-2 business days for access to be granted.
  2. Locate forms under “Products” tab, then select “Cenex Branded Dealer Marketing Programs”. Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand “2023 Lubricants Program Forms” to reveal a list of program forms. Next week, you will also find step-by-step instructions on how to complete a form located here.
  3. Complete your claim online by filling out the program form and attaching appropriate documents where needed. A confirmation email will be sent to your email when completed.
