New LubeScan® Kit Mailing Sleeves
In March, we will transition to an updated standard LubeScan Kit with new USPS mailing sleeves. Pricing will remain at $135 for a standard 10 pack kit.
Here’s what to expect:
- A standard 10 pack kit will still include 10 bottles and 10 mailing sleeves.
- The standard mailing sleeves will now be smaller and padded, designed to pass through automated sorting systems at the Post Office more effectively than current sleeves.
- After a sample is obtained, the clear sample bottle with completed information sheet should be placed into the outer plastic black container, then inserted into the mailing sleeve. Once the sleeve is sealed and return address is filled out, the sample is ready to be mailed through USPS.

It is important to note, our current inventory of LubeScan Kits will be used up first before the supplier begins shipping the updated kits to fulfill orders. Since the current mailing sleeves are still acceptable, new mailing sleeves will not be issued to replace your current inventory.
