For FY21, CHS Lubricants will again align dealers’ maximum annual Ad Share reimbursement amounts with their Cenex branded lubricant purchases to encourage growth and assist with converting prospects into becoming Cenex customers. At minimum, dealers will receive $1,000 of annual Ad Share credit for FY21, or $.04 per gallon based on their previous fiscal year’s Cenex branded lubricant purchases, whichever is greater. Letters were mailed at the end of September to all dealers to notify them of their FY21 Ad Share balance.

Cenex^® Premium Diesel Ad Share balances for fiscal year 2021 are now available. You are encouraged to log into MyCHS and click on the Cenex Ad Share Balance link on the homepage under My Accounts to view your premium diesel Ad Share balances for this new fiscal year.

Starting November 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021, end-user customers can earn one $50 VISA^® gift card for every 100 gallons of qualifying lubricant and grease products purchased.

If you participated in any of the Cenex^® Lubricants marketing programs in FY20, the submission deadline for reimbursement is quickly approaching. Complete the applicable program form, attach and email it to LubeMarketingCredit@chsinc.com, no later than November 15, 2020. Dealers must copy their District Manager on all submission emails.

Eligible Cenex^® salespeople who sell warranties, but do not pass the course by this date will not receive their incentives in FY21. No extensions will be granted.*
