Cenex Total Protection Plan® Warranty Applications and Payment Move to Online Only

Effective June 1, 2021, CHS will accept Cenex Total Protection Plan applications and payment through the online platform only. Paper applications and checks received after this date will be mailed back to end-users with instructions to apply and pay online. If information is available, the Cenex® representative who sold the warranty will also be notified as to the paper application’s return so they can further assist the operator in applying online.

To apply and pay for the Cenex Total Protection Plan warranty via the online tool, users should visit Cenex.com/TPP and follow the “Enroll Equipment Online” button. Otherwise, users can go directly to tppwarranty.cenex.com to begin enrollment.

The same unsurpassed coverage that producers have come to expect from the Cenex Total Protection Plan continues to be the foundation of this program. Furthermore, the online application and payment process were built to provide an intuitive, efficient experience that mirrors the guided paper application process.

To assist with this transition, please destroy all paper applications from any Cenex Total Protecting Plan brochures you may have on hand and instruct applicants to apply online. All digital versions of Cenex Total Protection Plan promotional materials will be updated prior to June 1, and printed assets will be updated as inventory is liquidated from CenexShop.com. Links to downloadable applications will also be removed from the appropriate CHS websites.
