This course will give your team the confidence they need to talk with customers and help build your business through premium diesel fuel sales. This premium diesel product training module includes important information on the Total Protection Plan Warranty; the module covers warranty attributes and selling tips to help differentiate you from the competition.

Proper Tank Maintenance
With today’s newer equipment, designed to meet tighter emission standards, it’s more important than ever to keep tanks and fuel clean. Help protect your customers’ valuable equipment by getting up to speed on proper tank maintenance. The module also includes best practices for taking fuels tank samples.

All of the training modules are available at no cost, and there’s no limit to the number of employees who can enroll. Each participant who passes the training becomes certified and receives a completion certificate. Sales personnel, bulk drivers, petroleum managers, receptionists or employees answering calls for diesel fuel prices, and anyone else with customer contact are encouraged to complete the training.
