Lubricants Program Spotlight: Government Credit Program

The Government Credit program was formed in Fall of 2017 to support dealers bidding for local municipality contracts and to offer competitive pricing on nearly all Cenex® lubricants products. Municipality customers often have consistent product and volume needs that help you manage your business. Over 20% of Cenex lubricants dealers use this tool to secure new customers. The number of credits distributed in FY23 doubled from FY22 showing growing value for this program.

How does it work? This program targets new-to-Cenex lubricants customers and gives dealers flexibility with a $2.10 pricing credit to help you remain competitive when growing your volume. Audience segments for the Government Credit program may include school, city, and other government agencies. Dealers that use the Government Credit program grow volume with each new municipality account added.
