Effective March 1, 2023, all lubricants program claims must be placed through the online forms found on Cenex Hub. This new process saves time when submitting and processing. PDF submissions made through email on or after March 1, 2023, will be denied and not processed until submitted through the Cenex Hub.

How does the new online process work?

1. Log into the Cenex Hub at cenexhub.com using your login and password. Access to the Cenex Hub is required. If you have not yet registered, please complete the registration process and allow 1-2 business days for access to be granted.
2. Locate forms under “Products” tab, then select “Cenex Branded Dealer Marketing Programs” Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand “2023 Lubricants Program Forms” to reveal a list of program forms.
3. Complete your claim online by filling out the program form and attaching appropriate documents where needed. A confirmation email will be sent to your email when completed.
