Winding up its second class, CHS Energy Academy has announced the dates for the 2014 session. The CHS Energy Academy is an in-depth educational program that is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders. CHS Energy Academy includes three one-week classroom sessions and it runs from January to August. The comprehensive curriculum includes classroom sessions, team and independent project work and individual coaching. The topics covered during the curriculum include; profitability, strategic planning, people management, industry stewardship and risk management.
In 2014, the three one-week sessions will be held at the CHS corporate offices in Inver Grove Heights, MN the weeks of January 27, April 28 and August 4. Graduation will be held in the summer of 2014. The cost for each participant is $5,000.

This program is limited to 25 participants. Candidates for this exclusive program must be nominated by their cooperative managers and must have completed the Principles of Effective Management training from CHS.
